Severe Floods in Pakistan

Once again, Alliance2015 is taking advantage of its excellent infrastructure, and members can offer support to flood victims even if they have no presence in Pakistan themselves.

Concern and ACTED are the Alliance2015 members with the largest presence in Pakistan and are already working in the affected regions. They are assessing the situation and are distributing drinking water, plastic sheeting to cover broken roofs, blankets and hygiene articles in the particularly hard-hit district of Swat Kyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Welthungerhilfe, no longer present in Pakistan themselves, are providing 50,000 Euro to Concern and have begun to fundraise for the flood victims on their website.
